The day your home goes onto the MLS, it needs to SPARKLE! Your ready, willing and able Buyers will be visiting will be visiting within the first three weeks.
The importance of de-cluttering, cleanliness and smell can't be overemphasized. The Buyers need to see themselves living in your home; they should come in and feel comfortable, regardless of age, religion, or any other personal identifier. I will spend time with you making suggestions as to furniture placement, lighting ideas, etc. In the meantime, this is a great list to look over.

Marie, excellent list! Your sellers are lucky to have your help. My favorite on your list is: remove anything smaller than a football. So true, lots of little stuff just turns into clutter and should be removd so buyers can see the "space".
