It went on the market in June of 2007 for $4,700,000. It was reduced to $4,500,000 then to $4,200,000 then to $3,998,000 and sold in June of 2009 for $3,650,000.

It features six bedrooms, seven and a half baths, beautiful formal areas, a library/office, a huge game room with wet bar and a gorgeous back yard; 9,175 square feet of living space on a 45,302 square foot lot. It is currently on the market for $3,390,000; originally listed for $4,250,000.
